Filling Volume (Omakase Course)

A hearty, filling meal (Chef's Choice Course)

The omakase course at “Sushi Shiina” has 18 dishes in total and is voluminous, leaving you so full that your stomach will be completely packed if you eat it all. The size of each piece of sushi is neither too big nor too small with a well-balanced size, but the volume is large due to the high number of courses and a diverse menu including tempura and hand-rolled sushi.

While omakase courses at sushi restaurants often leave you thinking “maybe it’s a little not enough” when ordering a course at a typical sushi restaurant, “Sushi Shiina” is not like that.

Chic Interior, Counter

Chic interior, counter seating

The inside counter at “Sushi Shiina” is a straight, well-defined counter seat; the design is a chic, adult counter, and eating sushi while talking with the chef is the best.

Separately, there is also a dedicated private room (counter), allowing a group to have 1 chef all to themselves.

Points to Note About “Sushi Shiina”

Large Volume

The omakase course at “Sushi Shiina” has a volume of 18 dishes in total, which alone will fill your stomach. Unlike courses at other sushi restaurants, there is no such thing as “a little not enough…”, so please go with an empty stomach. If you let your guard down by eating a little something before going to the sushi restaurant, there is a possibility you won’t be able to finish it all.

Popular Shop Requiring Reservation

“Sushi Shiina” requires a reservation. Since you can reserve through Tabelog and other sites, make sure to place a reservation for the date and time you want to go. As long as you make a reservation, seats will be firmly prepared, so you can slowly savor delicious sushi.
