From Senshu Park with Its Many Stairs to the “Front Gate”
Senshu Park was originally a castle, Satake’s famous castle “Kubota Castle.” Castles are naturally on “high ground.” Senshu Park also has many “stairs” once you enter inside. The stairs leading from the park entrance to the “Front Gate” are wide, pleasant strolling stairs enveloped in green; although there are many steps, the slope is gentle, so climbing slowly while feeling the fresh green air is comfortable.
