Chitosetsuru Sake Museum is a facility operated by Nippon Seishu Co., Ltd., the only sake brewery in Sapporo, located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo City. In addition to exhibiting the history and culture of sake brewing continuing from the Meiji era, a directly operated shop is attached within the premises.

At the directly operated shop, unpasteurized raw sake direct from the factory, limited Japanese sake sold only at this facility, processed foods using sake lees, sake cups, and other items are handled. Other than Japanese sake, foods using sake lees and original goods are also stocked, equipped with the function as a brewery-direct shop.

Inside Jogai Market, it was a relatively small shop, but the staff member (Mr. K) who guided us in front was stylish and made shopping fun!

The crab leg set from “Gensen JAPAN” has a seriously incredible volume.

Regarding the price, thanks to the kindness of the shop staff who worked hard on it, we cannot write the actual number here, but domestic abalone is not something you can usually buy at a casual price! We were able to purchase at a price unique to markets. A professional chef acquaintance cooked the abalone and scallops that arrived at home! Here it is!

You can also enjoy tea time or alcohol at the attached cafe. When I ordered a Blue Hawaii (cocktail) on ice, I froze! The interior of the building is a bit chilly.

Even though it’s an aquarium, for some reason an elephant is also displayed!

It is a labyrinth / demonic palace that even an adventurer with Experience Level 1 can enter with peace of mind, and once you enter, it’s a dead end in about 10m. It is a snack street where a total of 6 operating snack bars are located. The real deal comes after going inside a snack bar.

Even within the suspicious space, there is a bench where you can rest. It is surely a space where an adventurer can take a breath before heading to an even further demonic palace (snack bar). Or perhaps, when a snack bar demonic palace is overflowing with adventurers, it might be a bench for waiting your turn.

Inside the street, there are 5 to 6 snack bar establishments, and the entrance doors have a heavy feel typical of snack bars. Occasionally peeking at the inside of shops visible through gaps, a safe, secure-looking size and brightness appear and disappear. They are snack bars that look easier to enter than expected.

The Picturesque Mamas of “Sapporo Snack Street”

Inside Snack Street, several snack bars are housed, and on the signboard in front of the street, photos of the Mamas line up all together. A captivating wonderland unfolded by picturesque Mamas—with both Japanese attire and Western dress tickling men’s hearts, closing time will arrive while you are torn over which shop to enter, so please enter quickly!

If you go home just looking at the signboard, you will become a hero without courage.

Sapporo Snack Street is located on the 1st floor of the “Okura Building,” one of the iconic buildings of Susukino.

The entrance of the building itself is ordinary, but as you advance into the back of the passage, a stone gate-like structure suddenly appears like a different world. Being right near the streetcar “Susukino Stop,” it is a spot with outstanding access as a second venue after enjoying a first party in the surrounding area.

About a 3-minute walk from Subway Namboku Line “Susukino Station” and also within walking distance from Hosui-Susukino Station, right in the center of the nightlife district. Located along the alley one block east of Ekimae-dori street, as you advance from the building’s entrance into the back, that otherworldly space resembling a “medieval European temple” suddenly appears.

The price is 1 set for 60 minutes, and even if treating hostess ladies to drinks, it leaves change from 10,000 JPY per person, making it a reasonable snack bar for modern nightlife shops. It is friendly to customers’ wallets.

Because all the fun hostess ladies guide interesting conversations, you can spend alcohol time with peace of mind, but what probably steals the hearts of most customers the most might be the figures of Lupin displayed on the wall.
